This poster is a qualitative analysis of comments received on a survey of academic librarians. The survey, which used the construct of racial microaggressions--subtle, denigrating messages delivered to people of color--was sent out in spring 2012 to minority and non-minority librarians. The research presented in this poster is intended to open a dialogue among librarians of all races/ethnicities about the role of unintentional racism within the profession.en_US
