dc.description.abstractIn this work the newer methods for concentrating and utilizing low grade and waste coals, lignite and peat are discussed. Many of these methods were reported at the International Conferences on Bituminous Coal held at Pittsburgh. The utilization of wastes relative to the coking of coals and the refining of coal tar oils are also discussed. A complete bibliography containing a large number of references is included.en_US
