The neutral Argon transition rates used for this paper can be found in cpb12_ic#ar0_recomb_modified.dat. This is an adf04 file. The data from 4-15-22 corresponds to only changing pressure. The data from 1-13-22 corresponds to changing various parameters. The guides to the plasmas made in this work can be found in 'Run day 4-15-22.csv' and 'Run day 1-13-22.csv', with the following columns: - Filename (the file for the spectrum for this plasma) - RF set point (the RF value input into the control program for RF) - RF actual (the actual power input into the plasma) - RF reflected (reflected power) - MFC set (gas flow input into the control program) - MFC read (number read off the experiment. Is only relevant for this experiment on this day) - Pressure (The chamber pressure) - Source setpoint (current to the coils that create a plasma) - Chamber setpoint (current to the coils that confine the plasma) - Central wavelength (the central wavelength for the 80 nm wavelength window. There are 3 overlapping wavelength windows presented.) - Background (the file for the background spectrum) - Calibration (the file for the calibration spectrum) Temperature and density are self-explanatory. Two probe sweeps were taken for every plasma. The estimated Te and ne are presented here, but the probe sweeps themselves are also saved. There are two types of data saved here: - Spectral data is found in the .spe files (principle instruments proprietary software file format) and .csv files. The run day csv file has the names of each spectrum that corresponds to each plasma. - Langmuir probe data can be found in the folder Probe_data_4_15 and Probe_data_1_13. These are labeled iteration_ RF set_ Source set_ MFC set. Two probe sweeps are taken for each plasma.
