Longitude: longitude of each site
Type: Type of site with respect to the presence of agama: Observed - agama already known to be at the site; Peripheral - agama presence unknown
Date: Date that each site was surveyed for agama and habitat variables were measured
Time: Time when site was surveyed and habitat variables were measured
Temp: Temperature (F) at the time that each site was surveyed for agama and habitat variables were measured
Weather: General description of weather at the time each site was surveyed
Agama: number of Agama present at the time each site was surveyed
Dumpsters: number of dumpsters at each site
Trees: number of trees at each site
Crevices: number of crevices at each site
AC Units: number of air conditioning units at each site
Electrical units: number of electrical units at each site
Propane tank: number of propane tanks at each site
Vertical structures: number of vertical structures (e.g. walls) at each site
Traffic: Number of vehicles present at each site during surveys
Building orientation: the location of the survey site with respect to adjacent buildings (e.g. back would mean the site was behind a building)
